By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or enrolling in any training program,you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

All Team Dog Training provides dog training services, including but not limited to:

Service dog related training
Training programs may be offered virtually, in person, or as a hybrid depending on availability and program structure.
We do not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes. Results depend on the dog’s history, temperament, health, and owner consistency.
2. Consultations and Enrollment
Free or paid consultations are intended to evaluate training needs and recommend appropriate programs.
Enrollment in any training program is not final until payment arrangements are completed.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog poses a safety risk or training is not a suitable solution.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
Pricing and payment terms are disclosed during the consultation process.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Missed sessions or failure to participate does not qualify for refunds.
Payment plans, if offered, must be honored in full.
4. Client Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:
Provide accurate information about your dog’s behavior, health, and history.
Follow training instructions consistently between sessions.
Maintain proper equipment, environment, and supervision.
Understand that training success requires owner participation.
Failure to follow trainer guidance may limit results.
5. Health and Safety
Dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations unless otherwise agreed.
You confirm your dog is physically capable of participating in training.
Any aggressive or unpredictable behavior must be disclosed prior to training.
We prioritize safety for dogs, owners, trainers, and the public.
6. Assumption of Risk
Dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, or property damage.
By participating, you agree to:
Assume full responsibility for your dog’s actions
Release All Team Dog Training from liability for injuries or damages caused by your dog, except in cases of gross negligence
7. No Guarantees
While we strive for excellent results, no dog training program can guarantee specific outcomes. Progress varies by dog and owner commitment.

9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
Payment obligations are not met
Client behavior is abusive or unsafe
Training guidelines are repeatedly ignored
Unused sessions may be forfeited in these cases.

Any personal information submitted through our website or consultation forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared without consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which All Team Dog Training operates.
